Paula was awesome.

She was very patient with me especially after I decided not to pursue two houses. Paula was also laid-back and not pushy; she let me go at my own pace searching for houses. (We must have seen close to 50!) Also, as an attorney, I represented myself through the transaction. However, it was a little daunting considering that I do not practice real estate/property law. But Paula was reassuring and alerted me to potential bumps in the road (some of I might not have discovered on my own). I am grateful and am happy with my purchase. I would highly reommend the Wirth team.

We met Paula at an openhouse! I told her what house's we wanted to look at and without hesitation she set it up. She was so accomodating and wonderful to work with! If I know anyone buying or selling I tell them to call Paula.

"I contacted Paula through Zillow about a rental property. She did not respond. 3 days later, I called the office thinking maybe the Zillow thing didn't work. I left a message on her voicemail. She did not respond. I called back 24 hours later and she answered. She was short and rude. The property was no longer available and she made zero effort to help me find one that was. Seems like everyone buying a home likes her; maybe she makes more money off of that than from rentals."
